vp29 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the vp29 platform, you will be considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use any vp29 services.

vp29 reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

If the eligibility requirements listed below are not met, you cannot open an account or use services on vp29:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must own a valid and active mobile number.
• You must have a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name.
• You may only operate one account on vp29 at any given time.
• Individuals previously banned by vp29 may not register again.

vp29 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any applicant and may request a national identity card or other identity documents if needed. Registering with false information will result in account cancellation and the balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on vp29, you must provide accurate and complete information. All information provided at the time of registration must be true and up to date. If any information changes, vp29 must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. You will bear full responsibility for any activity carried out from your account.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is allowed on vp29. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, mobile number, payment method, or device, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vp29 currently supports transactions through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS):

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile wallet
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — A fast digital payment platform

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka) — applicable for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

vp29 generally sends successfully approved withdrawal funds to your mobile wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase slightly in cases requiring urgent verification.

4.4 Transaction Rules

• The deposit account and withdrawal account must be in the same person's name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• vp29 may automatically block and investigate suspicious transactions.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vp29 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met in order to withdraw bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same person may claim each bonus offer only once.
• vp29's decision is final in determining bonus eligibility.
• Attempting to withdraw the balance before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in permanent account closure.
• vp29 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

vp29's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on vp29 are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. Every result is determined completely impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No player or third party can influence these results.

6.2 Betting Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over the outcome of a bet, vp29 will review server logs and game records before making a decision. This decision is final and binding.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game result cannot be determined due to network disconnection, power outage, or other technical reasons, the most recent data saved on the vp29 server will be considered final.

6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The following rules apply when betting on any sports event including cricket, football, and kabaddi:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded.
• Bet results will not be settled before the match result is officially announced.
• Placing bets on opposite sides in the same match (bet hedging) to gain an artificial advantage is prohibited.
